Production Times:

Cozy Critter products are made after the orders are placed. Most orders will ship out in 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed close to holidays will be shipped out as quickly as possible to ensure your products are received before the occasion! We learned long ago never to guarantee shipping times and therefor will not make promises for specific delivery dates. We do our best to ship quickly 365 days a year! If you have a specific occasion or special shipping request, just ask! We're always happy to help as much as possible! All merchandise is shipped with delivery confirmation to ensure that your item arrives safely. You will receive an email when your order is shipped with the tracking details.

Orders over $100 (FREE) - If you order is over $100 we will happily ship it for free! (US orders only)

Priority ($7.95) - Items will ship in 1-5 business days. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 business days and will arrive in your mail box.

International ($9.00) - International orders are shipped via first class USPS mail. Shipping times can vary greatly from country to country.
